This rich body, warm and burst of light Its getting yourself right this could never change, this will always feel this way I can count on you all you always answer the call you never ask questions, find my way out of the fog we all need that concrete pulling down on all we seek these simple minded pieces that we'd abandon in a hurry It's fair to say there's beauty in my decay for the world that got devoured, gave birth to this entity this day We wrote it off, we stammered Everything we set out to be We'll laugh it off, it never really happened Now it's not done happening to me I've kept those doors open left the light on for you you can't fight momentum So let's start with what you want to do I'm tired of waiting Left out in the cold As this age is decaying I'll make it on, we'll make it on our own

Hazy said he but stepped out to the corner as all belief was laid to rest gently he came to be the strong shoulder withdrawn, discreet she'll end up passing him by the tale without beginning they stole the time that they had preserve without forgetting their toll will be enough for us all Seeming all but a brother his time had not come She was never a mother the one he knew he left behind it's strange that our misgivings keeping up at all the wrong times Why can't we stop playing the victim Straightening out, walking in line And not enough can be prepaid Surround ourselves with the broke and frayed But if its answers that we wanted and peace of mind is what we crave we never would have chosen to speak to anyone anyway

How much longer ‘till we work it all out? How much longer ‘till we work it all the way down each night I sit at home the weight of it all pushing me down on it cause we let it in I can’t see any other way please show me how you turn your back on it I’m frozen in time, from my own life How much longer ‘till we work it all out? How much longer ‘till we work it all the way down Day after day killing this feeling I’m so afraid when you’re ready I will be gone This love that I had being tainted it’s tainted with time it’s tainted with time Seems like the world agrees just pack up and let it be its so damn plain to see you were meant for me so I’m counted down the days wishing, hoping you’ll find a way so I’m gonna let it be lay on down in the misery How much longer ‘till we work it all out? How much longer ’til I can speak to you, like the way I always wanted to

Infatuation, we want love to take it's place you can barely see the difference when I'm staring at your face The crumpled pages and crossed out lines the lists of could have beens it's the plain and simple fact that writing these words will never bring them back to you are you waiting or moving on? for you, you tighten your grip when you know it's wrong for you do you wait, or move it along? do you release that grip when you know it's wrong? I should never hold my breathe got to come up for air you feel that it can't last, but you'd rather spend your time choking on the past I stood there that night, I've waited like this before you don't know what's coming and you're never really sure where she may stand are you waiting or moving on? for you, you tighten your grip when you know it's wrong for you do you wait, or move it along? do you release that grip when you know it's wrong?

Well we stand where its colder, shoulder to shoulder the ship is packed to the hilt The shaking wont stop as my insides will rot will this ever feel real and sink in? This life is all but a ticket no choice but to board the ship I look to my left, I can take a deep breath for the people who've come on this trip And we all stand wanting answers have faith the crew knows the way I know as we're moving forward the night breaks one more day as our days become weeks, months into years the ship has started to thin firm at the bow, where no one can allow this question of why we're all here if I close my eyes tight, it'll be alright we're all hand in hand gazing at the ocean The ship that steers straight will carry our weight and my ticket, I'm sharing with you And even if I never grow old our love just can't die in that cold But here I stand salt in my eyes Ever ready for a string of goodbyes       cause I'm standing perfect and unstable as the walls start crumbling down we needed the shock of that salt to drink in everything that we've got because you'll find dark blood under  blisters for the poor, torn, occupied drifter and our ears got tired of the wails as they slowly let go of that rail

Song (2) 06:17
How much can you remember and how much have you ever seen your mark on all thats been before cannot be laid across your feet And we all live to see perfection why must it always be right I've seen the power in our failures They're always coming Reflects the great reality The choices that we make We think they'll complicate some scene one million miles away The same basic truth can't be this loose Straight lines on a finite plane together in hopes of a meaningful place at hand This logic's in trouble we got to face the facts how can we think that our actions impact beyond the good of man Our choices, never meant a thing Run out the clock as a criminal and live the greatest dream so you'd think Our thoughts go on repeat themselves, driving us insane So let's all decide to end it all, and save ourselves the pain And I know it can't be this way And I know a heart that beats controls it's shape If it’s all for naught, make the best night you've ever seen insignificant, tell me whose to blame? tell me whose asking? Our choices, never meant a thing Run out the clock as a criminal and live the greatest dream so you'd think

Breathe In 05:24
Breathe in, it sounds like an ocean Keep it in, for as long as you can Let it come down easy, hold it deep inside Listen to the motion as you're moving with the tide I think I stopped listening as we sat down in the shade It might just kill me, letting out what you have
